The messaging platform, WhatsApp, is set to unveil a private newsletter feature.
According to WAbetaInfo, the new feature will be a one-to-many tool for broadcasting information to its users.
Although it now looks to be a codename, it is still unknown whether the feature will be called “Newsletter,”
It is anticipated that the Status page will have an optional part for newsletters that will be isolated from private chats and won’t jeopardize private messaging’s end-to-end encryption.
Furthermore, users may also be able to choose who they follow, and no one else will be able to see that.
The messaging platform introduced new status features earlier this month, including “Voice Status,” “Status Reactions,” and many others.
Users can record and share voice messages for up to 30 seconds on WhatsApp status using the “Voice Status” function.
Stat Reactions, on the other hand, give users a quick and simple way to react to status changes from their friends and close contacts.
