Three Mobile Telecommunication companies in the United Kingdom have reportedly suffered breakdown as many network users are unable to make calls.
This was disclosed by The Sun, on Thursday.
It was reported that as of 9am this morning, there were more than 900 reports on outage tracking website Downdetector.
80% of the complaints were about customers having trouble with their mobile devices, 14% were about phone signal, and 6% were about mobile internet.
London, Birmingham, Edinburgh, and Manchester are the regions where issues are most frequently reported.
Customers have reported on Twitter that they cannot make or receive calls through the network.
One wrote: “Can’t make or recieve calls! What is going on? I use my phone for work purposes.”
Someone else wrote: “Is the network down in Bolton? Apparently my phone number does not exist.”
While one Twitter user commented, “Unable to make any phone calls on your network today – what’s going on?”
A spokesperson for Three stated that the company is aware of the issue and is working to resolve it.
They stated, “It has been brought to our attention that a small number of our customers are experiencing difficulties placing calls this morning.
