NASA has announced that it will begin a journey to a metal world in 2023. More so, a spacecraft will deliver unprecedented asteroid samples to Earth, a crew will be added to a historic lunar mission, and several new commercial rockets may make their launch debuts, according to CNN.
NASA Administrator, Bill Nelson, commented on the development by saying, there’s so much to look forward to.
Nelson said in a statement; “More stunning discoveries from Webb telescope, climate missions that will tell us more about how our Earth is changing, continued science on the International Space Station, groundbreaking aeronautics developments with the X-59 and X-57 experimental aircraft, the selection of the first astronauts to go to the Moon in more than 50 years, and more.”
The European Space Agency will simultaneously launch a mission to Jupiter and its moons, deploy a satellite to build a 3D universe map, and start training its newest astronaut class, which includes an astronaut with a physical disability.
